After I had a meltdown last week my doctor has put me on a gluten-free diet. I don’t know how else to say this other than it sucks. I’ve been on several diets before but this is by far the hardest. If anyone has experience or tips on how to make this an easier process please let me know.
Time willing I will be posting updates with my progress and if the diet truly does help my quality of life. Wish me luck.
